We are seeking a skilled professional to support data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, and SQL on Azure. The role involves collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance data solutions in the banking environment. Responsibilities include supporting data quality, governance, and integration with upstream and downstream systems, as well as troubleshooting, monitoring, and enhancing the performance of data workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Azure Data Services (ADF, Data Lake, Synapse, etc.).
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark programming.
• Proficiency in SQL for data modeling, transformations, and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of banking domain data processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in data management methodologies and data systems.
• Skill in using software applications including MS Office.
• Experience with advanced analytical software tools, data analysis methods, and specialized reporting techniques.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to work on infrastructure projects involving data encryption, logging, monitoring, and various security tools.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data solutions.
• Support data quality and integration with systems.
• Troubleshoot and enhance data workflow performance.
