Job Title: Cyber Security Specialist
Location: Toronto

Lead the design, development, and delivery of business solutions for telecommunication products such as mobile, fixed-line, broadband, enterprise, and digital services. Act as the Product Owner across the lifecycle--from conceptualization to deployment--ensuring alignment with business goals, customer expectations, and technical feasibility. Work closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, engineering, IT, finance) and external vendors to drive solution design, requirement gathering, and business case development. Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope definition, resource planning, timelines, risk mitigation, and budget adherence. Drive the solution roadmap, prioritize backlogs, and provide clear direction to development and implementation teams. Ensure delivery of high-quality, customer-centric solutions in compliance with regulatory and operational standards. Conduct impact analysis, market assessments, and competitor benchmarking to support product enhancements and new launches. Collaborate with technical leads and architects to validate solution architecture, integrations, and scalability. Facilitate effective communication across technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in Cyber Security
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business, IT, or related field
  • 7 years of experience in telecommunication industry, preferably in roles combining business solutions, product management, and project delivery
  • Strong understanding of telecom services and BSS/OSS ecosystems, including CRM, order management, billing, provisioning, and service assurance
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Solutions Lead, managing full solution delivery lifecycles
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid models)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience with CPQ platforms, digital customer journeys, self-service portals, or enterprise telecom solutions
  • Telecom certifications (e.g., TM Forum, ITIL, PMP, Safe)
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Agile boards
