Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient
Barista
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating high-quality beverages.Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages following company standards Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing transactions and handling cash Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food handling and safety procedures Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions about products
Experience
Previous experience in food service or as a barista is preferred Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during peak hours
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.00-$19.91 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
