Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to all safety regulations. This role requires a strong commitment to maintaining the integrity of freight and the ability to operate various types of heavy equipment.
Duties
Safely operate commercial trucks to transport freight to designated locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe working condition. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours worked and mileage driven. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transit. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving, promoting safety on the road.
Requirements
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) required 1 year Experience in freight transportation Communicate well with dispatch, customers, and shippers/receiver.
