Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated high school math &Physics&chemistry &biology Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to explore the principles of math or physics or biology or chemistry through engaging lessons and hands-on experiments. This role requires a strong understanding of physics concepts, effective teaching strategies, and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Must familiar with canadian competition such as CBO, CCC , kangaroo math contest or Euclid contest Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and inquiry. Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and projects; provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth. Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills through practical experiments Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and participate in professional development opportunities. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance metrics.

Experience

A Bachelor's degree in Physics, Education, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. Previous teaching experience in public high school or related subjects is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage students effectively. Proficiency in utilizing technology and educational tools to enhance learning experiences. A commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with advancements in physics education.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
