We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the QA domain and be proficient in leading test teams and projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in the QA domain.
- Proven experience as a Test Lead.
- Hands-on experience with TOSCA tool, including script creation and execution.
- Strong knowledge of JIRA, User Stories, and Confluence.
- Understanding of QA management principles such as tracking, analyzing, reporting, problem resolution, and training.
- Ability to outline Test Strategy, Plan Scenarios, and Test Cases.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with diverse software testing methodologies.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a leadership role within a diverse and inclusive team.
- Lead and manage QA testing processes and teams.
- Develop and execute test plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Report and track defects, providing detailed analysis and resolution.
- Mentor and guide team members in QA best practices.
