Position Summary: As the High-Rise Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of service quality and customer satisfaction throughout the life cycle of our high-rise residential projects. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of service operations, managing a team of service technicians, and maintaining the overall functionality and aesthetics of our developments. Your expertise and leadership will directly contribute to our company\'s reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Operations Management:

  • Develop and implement service strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and post-construction service delivery.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless transition from construction to the service phase, coordinating all necessary handovers and inspections.
  • Monitor and assess service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and mentor a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high level of expertise and professionalism.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and a strong customer-centric approach among the service team.
Customer Communication and Support:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for homeowner service inquiries, concerns, and warranty requests, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure clear and transparent communication with homeowners, setting realistic expectations and providing regular updates throughout the service process.
Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on completed units and common areas to verify adherence to company standards and promptly resolve any defects or deficiencies.
  • Collaborate with construction and project management teams to identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
Vendor and Contractor Management:
  • Oversee relationships with external service providers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure they meet our stringent quality and performance standards.
  • Negotiate service contracts and manage service-related budgets effectively.
Health and Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations during service operations, promoting a safe and secure environment for residents and service staff.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or a similar role in the high-rise residential construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction practices, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities, especially when dealing with homeowners and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Valid driver\'s license and the ability to travel to different construction sites as required.
