Job Description

Seven Numbers Eglinton is a small, well-established neighbourhood restaurant known for warm hospitality, classic Italian food, and a loyal local following. We are looking for a highly experienced bartender with a strong serving background to take ownership of our bar program while seamlessly supporting floor service in a mid-to-fine dining environment.

This is a senior hospitality role for someone who takes pride in their craft, understands pacing and guest experience, and thrives in a professional but family-run setting.

What You'll Do

Take full responsibility for bar setup, organization, and execution Prepare and execute classic and house cocktails with consistency and care Work confidently both behind the bar and on the floor as a server Deliver polished, attentive service in a mid-to-fine dining style Manage guest flow, timing, and hospitality during busy services Work collaboratively with management and kitchen to ensure smooth service Maintain cleanliness, organization, and standards at the bar and service stations
What We're Looking For

Minimum 15 years of professional experience in hospitality Strong background as both a bartender and server Experience in independent restaurants (not just high-volume chains) Solid working knowledge of OpenTable and Toast POS Calm, professional, and confident under pressure Excellent communication and guest-facing skills Someone who takes ownership, not just shifts
