Duties

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with curriculum standards Teach a variety of subjects and adapt instructional methods to meet diverse learning needs Assess student understanding through assignments, tests, and classroom activities Provide additional academic support or tutoring to students when needed Create and maintain a respectful, safe, and productive classroom environment Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues regarding progress and expectations Use innovative teaching strategies and tools to enhance student engagement Manage classroom behavior effectively to support learning

Experience & Qualifications

Previous classroom teaching experience is preferred Experience working with adolescents in educational or extracurricular settings is an asset Demonstrated ability to support individual student learning through tutoring or targeted instruction Strong communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with educational technology and modern teaching tools is beneficial

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 50 per week
