Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Teacher to join our team. As a High School Teacher, you will have the opportunity to shape young minds and inspire students to reach their full potential. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Deliver instruction in various subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Foreign Languages (Spanish, French)
- Utilize technology and computerized resources to enhance learning experiences
- Provide individualized support and tutoring to students as needed
- Assess student progress through assignments, exams, and projects
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities
- Foster a sense of community and respect among students
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification/license in the relevant subject area(s)
- Experience working with high school students, preferably in a classroom setting
- Strong knowledge of the subject matter and curriculum standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in the learning process
- Experience working with diverse student populations, including English language learners and students with special needs
