Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for students, fostering their academic growth and personal development. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to educate students effectively, particularly in subjects such as Chemistry, Biology Physics and Math. . Duties

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Educate students in various subjects, with a focus on Science, ensuring all students are engaged and challenged. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to promote a collaborative educational environment. Provide tutoring support to students who require additional assistance in understanding course material. Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and fosters respect among peers. Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey. Collaborate with other educators to develop interdisciplinary projects that enhance student learning.

Experience

A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required; teaching certification is preferred. Experience in classroom management and lesson planning is essential. Previous experience working with high school students, particularly in tutoring or special education settings, is highly required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students of varying backgrounds.
