Responsibilities

Teach subjects, primarily focusing on Science, while integrating tutoring sessions to support individual student needs. Create a positive environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning. Assess student performance through various methods, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Maintain accurate records of student progress and guardians regarding academic performance. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and methodologies.

Experience

Proven classroom experience is essential, demonstrating effective teaching strategies and classroom management skills. Experience in tutoring or providing individualized instruction is highly desirable. Familiarity with special education practices and the ability to adapt lessons for diverse learners is preferred. Strong communication skills are necessary for interacting with students in a professional manner.
