Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School FrenchTeacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that fosters student growth and engagement. Duties

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and meet the needs of all students. Facilitate engaging classroom discussions and activities that promote critical thinking and collaboration. Assess student performance through various methods, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance, ensuring compliance with school policies. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic expectations and student performance. Provide tutoring and additional support for students requiring extra assistance, including those in special education programs. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.

Skills

Strong proofreading abilities to ensure clarity and accuracy in all written communications. Proven classroom experience demonstrating effective teaching strategies and classroom management techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff. Strong organizational skills to manage lesson plans, student assessments, and administrative duties efficiently. Experience in tutoring students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives. Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
