Deliver engaging small-group and one-on-one lessons for students in Grades 9-12, focusing on advanced reading, writing, and literary analysis.
Develop customized lesson plans that reflect each student's academic level, learning style, and goals.
Implement interactive and student-centered teaching methods to strengthen language proficiency and critical thinking.
Prepare students for academic assessments, including advanced literature and composition exams.
Provide detailed, constructive feedback to guide students' progress and enhance their academic performance.
Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment that inspires confidence and a love for learning.
Requirements
Language Proficiency:
Native-level fluency in English.
Academic Background:
Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Education, or a related field.
Subject Expertise:
Strong command of English language, literature, and advanced writing techniques.
Teaching Skills:
Demonstrated ability to tailor instruction to individual learning needs.
Proven classroom management skills in both group and private settings.
Experience preparing students for high school-level examinations.
Personal Qualities:
Caring, patient, and genuinely interested in supporting students' academic and personal growth.
Collaboration:
Team-oriented and willing to work closely with colleagues to support program goals.
Adaptability:

Experience:
Prior teaching or tutoring experience with high school students is strongly preferred.
