Commercial plumbers required for a high-rise rebuild of water system Heating and cooling plant also finishing of new washroom suites.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, as well as the ability to work with various tools and materials. The Plumber will also collaborate with other tradespeople, including HVAC technicians and carpenters, to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems, including pipes, valves, faucets, and fixtures. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with local codes. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform plumbing tasks. Collaborate with HVAC professionals to maintain integrated systems. Perform welding tasks as required for specific plumbing installations. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs.

Experience

Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions for installations. Experience working with hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks. Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus but not required. Ability to read schematics and blueprints is essential. Brazing of steel to copper certification would be an asset.

Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour
