Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and act as a visual theft deterrent
Maintain a professional presence at store entrances/exits or high-loss areas
Identify and report risks, hazards, and safety concerns to the Manager on Duty
Patrol designated areas as required
Document incidents, thefts, and safety concerns using TrackTik
Support store management and liaise with police when required
Protect persons and property through observation and reporting
Requirements
Valid
BC Security Worker License
Basic Security Training (BST)
completed
Ability to stand for extended periods (8-hour shifts)
Strong customer service and report-writing skills
