The incumbent will commit to memory core messaging that emphasizes important historical information and creates a dynamic and engaging storyline connecting on a personal level with customers. Excellent customer service is essential to creating a welcoming experience for visitors, which requires the ability to listen to the interests and adjust the tour to satisfy the diverse customer base.
