Change Ag combines world-class genetics with leading agronomic techniques and infrastructure to provide full-service industrial hemp products to multiple global end markets.



We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Hemp Processing Operator to join our hemp processing facility. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring processing equipment, ensuring consistent product quality, and maintaining safe and efficient plant operations.

Responsibilities

Operate hemp processing machinery and equipment

Load and unload hemp bales into processing systems

Monitor equipment performance and adjust settings as needed

Identify and report mechanical issues or safety concerns

Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance

Maintain production records and quality checks

Keep work areas clean and compliant with safety standards

Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience operating industrial or agricultural processing equipment preferred

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work shifts as required

Forklift or equipment operation experience is an asset (training may be provided)
