We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Helper to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

Assist skilled tradespeople in their daily tasks, including construction, maintenance, or demolition activities. Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts to meet project deadlines. Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Skills

Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance practices is a plus but not required. Ability to follow directions accurately and work collaboratively within a team. Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work environments. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards on-site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
