We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Helper to help with kitchen and bathroom renovations. This position involves working on projects in Lindsay and Peterborough Ontario.
Duties
Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
Support skilled workers by providing tools, materials, and assistance as needed during various tasks.
Perform basic labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials or equipment.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
Requirements
Secondary Language: Ukrainian, Polish, or Russian (Required)
Previous experience in a labor or helper role is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Basic understanding of safety practices in a construction or industrial setting is a plus.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Reliable transportation to job sites is essential.
