We are looking for a Level 1 Helpdesk Technician to join our onsite team. You will provide hands-on technical support and maintenance for desktops/laptops, mobile devices, printers, fax machines, software, networking, and phones.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support and troubleshoot IT-related problems in person.
Repair and build system hardware.
Assist with software installations and updates.
Support internal team members with technical issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of service requests and resolutions.
Technical Skills Required:
Strong Windows 11 support experience within a business environment.
Beginner knowledge of Windows Server (2019 and up), including DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
Proficient support experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
Strong Microsoft Outlook troubleshooting experience.
Familiarity with RMM tools and ticketing systems.

Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a university degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Administration, or similar.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment.
Valid Ontario Driver's Licence (G2 or greater) and reliable vehicle.
