Responsibilities
Provide warm, professional customer service to guests and passengers;
Work outdoors in
cold, snowy, and variable winter weather
while performing ramp and ground support tasks.
Guiding passengers safely to and from aircraft
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Managing supplies and supporting ground crew workflow
Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse groups of people.
Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
