Winter Operations Crew Members
to join our helicopter company for the upcoming season. This role involves workingoutdoors in winter conditions
and supporting safe, efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicates well, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and provides exceptional customer service. This is a paid seasonal position and a great opportunity for individuals looking to develop operational and leadership skills in a unique aviation setting.Responsibilities
Provide warm, professional customer service to guests and passengers; Work outdoors in
cold, snowy, and variable winter weather
while performing ramp and ground support tasks. Guiding passengers safely to and from aircraft Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace Managing supplies and supporting ground crew workflowQualifications
Prior experience in customer service is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse groups of people. Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their leadership skills while contributing to a positive team environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
