Representant une marque de biere importee haut de gamme connue mondialement, le Specialiste CSP concentre ses efforts sur les activites qui valoriseront le capital et la notoriete de la marque dans la region ciblee. Relevant du directeur national du developpement des affaires et travaillant de concert avec le directeur regional du developpement des affaires, le Specialiste CSP elabore, pour la marque, un argument de vente unique ciblant des etablissements de consommation sur place, bars et restaurants, particulierement ceux des quartiers en effervescence et nevralgiques du centre urbain de sa region.

A titre de specialiste des solutions axees sur les clients, il supervise ce type de comptes et s'engage aupres de la clientele a assurer le deploiement impeccable des initiatives et programmes de la marque. Il batit de solides relations avec ses clients, leur assure une expertise dans le domaine de la biere et les renseigne sur les nouvelles tendances du marche.

En partenariat avec les representants de Molson Coors, l'ambassadeur recherchera de nouveaux prospects nettes et identifiera les opportunites de referencement, de vente incitative et d'activation des marques du portefeuille Heineken (par exemple Heineken, Hkn 0.0, Hkn Silver, Sol, Birra Moretti, Dos Equis et Murphy's).

Responsabilites



Etre un specialiste des produits et fournir un soutien sur le terrain aux representants pour les aider a deceler les occasions commerciales et a faire l'acquisition de nouveaux comptes.

Elaborer des strategies pour batir et developper des relations avec la clientele en privilegiant les comptes influents qui augmenteront la visibilite et la demande de nos produits et amelioreront le capital de la marque.

Trouver des possibilites de commandite principale et encadrer l'execution des contrats (festivals et evenements) pour accroitre la visibilite de la marque.

Assurer la formation du personnel des etablissements de consommation sur place et leur offrir un accompagnement continu quant au respect des normes et des valeurs de la marque.

Au besoin, presenter de l'information sur les consommateurs et le marche, y compris sur l'ensemble des tendances du secteur et de la biere artisanale, pour soutenir les ventes.

Soutenir la mise en place et la vente des nouveaux produits.

Coordonner les seances d'echantillonnage et de formation sur la biere aupres de la clientele et du personnel, tous echelons confondus, pour accroitre la confiance envers le produit et les connaissances sur la biere.

Assumer la responsabilite de l'evaluation et de la realisation des objectifs de distribution, de visibilite et de promotion.

Administrer et controler le budget regional.

Rediger et presenter un rapport d'evaluation et de rendement portant sur l'ensemble des activites et des programmes realises.

Preparer et presenter un plan mensuel sur les activites de la marque portant specifiquement sur les indicateurs cles de rendement qui ont ete definis.

Competences professionnelles et exigences



Avoir un minimum de 2 a 3 annees d'experience en marketing ou en vente.

Posseder de l'experience dans le marche des boissons alcoolisees, de la biere artisanale, de l'hotellerie ou de la restauration est considere comme un atout important.

Detenir un diplome postsecondaire dans un champ connexe.

Etre bien au fait du domaine et posseder d'excellentes aptitudes sociales ainsi qu'un solide reseau de relations.

Avoir la fibre entrepreneuriale; etre capable de travailler de facon autonome et de prendre des decisions.

Posseder des competences exceptionnelles pour la presentation, la communication, la gestion du temps et l'execution de taches multiples.

Etre un joueur d'equipe dynamique ayant demontre sa capacite a batir des relations prosperes.

Disposer de solides competences en resolution de problemes et de la capacite de s'adapter dans un environnement en constante evolution.

Avoir un talent inne pour comprendre et interpreter les strategies d'une marque afin de concevoir des outils et des tactiques qui meneront a la reussite sur le terrain.

Etre capable d'etablir de bonnes relations avec les principaux intervenants a l'interne comme a l'externe.

Maitrise des systemes d'exploitation Microsoft (principalement Excel et PowerPoint)

Etre bilingue (francais et anglais) si vous aspirez a devenir l'ambassadeur regional de la marque a Montreal.

Reporting to the VP Business Development, the Hunter/Specialist will work with the local Molson Coors Sales representatives to significantly grow distribution of Heineken sku's in perfect brand fit and/or high visible & import accounts. The account list will be established within their given territory (Montreal suburbs and Quebec City). In partnership with the Molson Coors reps, the Hunter will seek out net new business and identify opportunites to list, upsell and activate Heineken portfolio brands (e.g. Heineken, Hkn 0.0, Hkn Silver, Sol, Birra Moretti, Dos Equis & Murphy's) . The Hunter team will support Molson Coors in distribution and Revenue growth in the city centers and focus on education, sampling and staff training.

Primary brand/sku responsibility will be Heineken bottles/draught along with 0.0, Hkn Silver and the secondary brands are as mentioned above Birra Moretti, Sol, Dos Equis, etc..

What does success look like?:



As an expert in the acquisition of relevant outlets, the goals for the Hunter are:

Extensive growth of all Heineken package SKU's distribution within the On-Trade (restaurant / bars) Trading up outlets from; no brands to bottle, then from btl to regular draught and finally to branded towers for Heineken & Birra Moretti

Become an in-field product expert and identify opportunities within new non-called on accounts (minimum of 5 calls/day) Acquisition of new or trade-up within existing Heineken outlets Support new Acquisitions with basic experiential & visibility Leverage selling resources to support KPIs at accounts, including brand execution, staff training, food pairings and brand credentials Accountable for execution and measurement of KPI's (distribution, visibility, quality, and activations) Build & develop relationships with a focus on influential accounts to increase visibility, promotional activity and consumer pull Collaborate with Molson to ensure focus on Heineken at accounts through regular communication within the account base Collect and report on market insights & competitive intelligence including craft and total industry trends Complete CRM platform and submit reporting on all executed activities and programs Maintain and submit a monthly activity plan specifically relating to assigned KPIs Conduct product knowledge seminars to customers/consumers Identify, secure and assist in the execution of strategic sponsorships to drive brand visibility

: Align w/ Molson Coors sales rep on wkly/monthly targets Follow up on Customer List. Outlet visits (staff training, activation and maintaining)

: Outlet visits (POS drop off, training, activation and aftercare)

Wednesday

: Outlet visits (POS drop off, training, activation and aftercare)

Thursday

: Outlet visits and Evening Round (acquisition, activation and consumer sampling)

Friday:

Administration Outlet visits and Evening Round (activation and aftercare)
