The Role
This isn't a coffee-run internship. It's a crash course in real business. You'll learn how sales, service, and strategy come together in the field, dealing with customers both on the job sites and on the phone.
You'll help BluTech move smaller product lines and consumables, support customers, and keep communication tight between our vendors, sales, and service crews. You'll cold call, quote, follow up, and learn how deals and relationships are forged.
What we need:
You're driven, curious, and ready to get your hands dirty learning real business.
You're looking to get into the heavy industrial sectors.
You're confident talking to people, on-site, in the shop, or over the phone.
You want to help modernize an industry that's built by legends but slowed by tradition.
You're organized enough to follow through and gritty enough to push through.

Bonus if you:
Have industry experience.
Are familiar in marketing, social media & SEO.
Multilingual (fluent English mandatory).
Already have a trade certification in the heavy industrial sector.
Are Indigenous, Metis or Inuit.
