Schedule:

12+ Hours per day, 10 & 4, OT after 8 hours/day or 44 hours/week

Location:

Edmonton and Surrounding Area

Requirements:

+ Full complement of hand tools. + CSA approved steel toed boots with 6" ankle support
+ Valid Driver's License

Pre-employment:

+ Drug and alcohol testing which may be swab or urine depending on site requirements + WCB and proof of liability of $5 million coverage
+ Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation

Heavy Equipment Technician

(Heavy Duty Mechanic)

- Qualifications:

Must be a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) with Red Seal - Off Road or equivalent Must have between 10-15 years' Journeyperson experience Off Road HDM experience is REQUIRED Mining/logging/construction background is preferred Experience with CAT E.T. and S.I.S. and/or Komatsu is REQUIRED Problem solver, ability to read/troubleshoot and diagnose using hydraulic and electronic schematics Quality workmanship, takes pride in their work Exceptional organization and cleanliness skills are REQUIRED

- Field Qualifications:

4x4 service truck, equipped with a minimum 5000 lbs. crane Air compressor and welding capabilities Laptop with all service programs
