We are currently looking for a full-time Heavy Equipment Technician (Preferably 3rd-4th year apprentice or Journeyman) to join our Service team.

As the Heavy Equipment Technician, you are responsible for:Troubleshooting and completing diagnostic repairs Completing the installation of new and added on equipment Cleaning, lubricating, and other maintenance work Ordering replacement equipment, parts, and supplies Maintaining a working knowledge of changes in technology and repair techniques Traveling to customer locations to diagnose, service, and repair equipment

You have the following skills and education:Journeyman Heavy Duty Technician, or a registered 3rd or 4th year HET apprentice with your own tools Class 5 drivers' licence with a clean abstract and the ability to go on service calls when required Experience working on bobcats, loaders, generators, man-lifts, etc. Knowledge of power, electrical, and hydraulic systems Ability to be flexible and to work well under pressure

You are able to work in the following conditions:40 hours a week plus on-call and overtime when required Working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, both at our shop and at customer locations Lifting up to 50lbs. Working while wearing PPE required including steel-toed boots and safety glasses
