We at Deep Shore Marine Contracting Inc. are seeking a skilled Operator/Laborer to join our team. The candidate requires a valid DZ class license. The candidate shall have a minimum of 10 Years in the construction industry.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in various construction tasks and possess expertise in operating heavy equipment, using welders and numerous power and hand tools. As a Operator/Laborer, you will play a crucial role in executing projects related to dock/boathouse construction, erosion control solutions, fleet maintenance, earthwork excavation and more.

We at Deep Shore Marine are hiring for the 2025 season full-time.

Responsibilities:

- Operating skid steers, excavators, boom trucks, loaders and other heavy equipment.

- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Execute installations with precision and attention to detail.
- Support all projects by assisting in repairs and installations.
- Work both on-site for installation and in-shop.
- Contribute to restoration projects by repairing and restoring structures

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Operator/Laborer or similar role.
- Proficiency in welding and using power tools.
- Positive Attitude.
- Knowledge of construction techniques and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
- Teamwork and communication skills.

- Ability to spend a full 10 hour working day on feet and mobile.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in and around the water.
- Familiarity with various types of construction methods.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
