Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for a seasonal (Nov 1 - Apr 15), on-call snow removal position.

Responsibilities:

Operate heavy equipment to safely and efficiently remove snow from all assigned areas. Load and spread salt for de-icing asphalt surfaces. Conduct daily inspections (pre-trip/post-trip) and basic maintenance to keep the equipment operational. Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws while working in winter conditions. Track and record work performed, including hours and materials used.

Availability:

Ability to work an

on-call, 24/7 schedule

with little notice, including nights, weekends, and holidays, for the duration of the season. Willingness to work

extended, non-traditional shifts

during major weather events.

Qualifications:

Minimum of2-3 years of verifiable experience operating heavy equipment (e.g., front-end loaders, plow trucks, skid steers). Valid Class G drivers licence.

Note: This position may require weekends, nights and/or early mornings shifts.

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
