Victoria Drain Services Ltd. is Victoria's premier supplier of drainage and trenchless services. We've been serving the southern island for over 15 years, providing reliable, quality services for municipal, commercial, and residential projects. We're looking for skilled

Operators to join our team that share our passion for people and our core values. In this role you can expect to run our heavy equipment and spend time in the ditch throughout the day, jumping in wherever you're needed.

Key Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year experience safely operating heavy equipment (minis, bobcats).

Drainage and civil experience strongly beneficial. Landscaping experience may be considered.

Strong understanding of trench safety.

Valid BC Drivers' license.

Key Duties

Works both on the ground and operating mini excavators/bobcats to safely complete perimeter drain installations, excavations, water line installs, minor concrete work, and sewer/storm lateral installations.

Greases equipment daily.

Works under the direction of the Crew Lead to hit production targets.

Completes all necessary daily paperwork (timesheets, pre-use checklists, etc.).

Pay: $27.00-$34.00 per hour
