We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of earthwork and heavy construction equipment and highway truck and trailer combinations. This is a hands-on operator role that requires competent and safe operation around workers, equipment, and vehicles. Responsibilities:

• Operate earthwork and heavy construction equipment as needed.
• Work safely around workers and a variety of earthworks and construction equipment.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
• Participate in safety culture and follow safety program requirements.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Work with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.

Experience:

• Must have previous experience operating equipment including: skidsteers, rock trucks, compaction equipment, wheel loaders, excavators, dozers, or similar.
• Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License with preference for Heavy Trailer endorsement or Class 3A or 1A.
• Must have previous experience in earthworks, construction, or a related field.
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
