We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our civil construction team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience operating a variety of equipment, ensuring safe and efficient project completion. Duties
Operate heavy equipment including dozers, excavators and skid steers.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance.
Assist with site preparation, material transportation, and site cleanup to support ongoing construction activities.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate operations efficiently across multiple project sites.
Skills
Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators and skid steers.
Mechanical knowledge of machinery maintenance.
Construction site experience with a strong understanding of safety procedures.
Ability to work in physically demanding environments and adapt to changing project needs.

Starting wage is dependent on experience
