Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating heavy machinery and a strong mechanical knowledge. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of various equipment on-site, contributing to the successful completion of projects. The Equipment Operator will work with a variety of machinery, including, excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and to perform tasks that require precision and attention to detail.

Duties

Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and attachments to pulverize on location. Perform tasks related to pulverizing, and piling concrete. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to coordinate operations and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and any maintenance performed. Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report significant problems to the supervisor promptly. Work well and efficiently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with bulldozers, loaders, and cranes. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance on machinery. Valid driving license is mandatory to drive to site. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards on-site. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
