We're Hiring: Heavy Equipment Operator

We're looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our excavation team. If you're confident on the controls, safety-focused, and ready to move earth with precision, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

Operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, trenchers, and more Perform site prep, trenching, grading, digging, and backfilling Conduct daily inspections and basic equipment maintenance Follow all safety procedures and report hazards Communicate with supervisors and crew to meet project goals Assist with site setup, cleanup, and equipment transport Complete equipment logs and paperwork accurately

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of heavy equipment operating experience in construction or excavation Proficient with multiple types of equipment and safe operating practices Ability to read blueprints, site plans, and follow specs Valid driver's license required Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail Safety-first mindset

Preferred Certifications:

OSHA Safety Certification Heavy Equipment Operator Certification First Aid & CPR
