What You'll Be Doing



Duties and Responsibilities:



Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of construction equipment (including earthmoving, aerial, and compact equipment) on customer jobsites. Test repaired equipment for proper performance. Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs in the shop as needed. Provide a high standard of customer service in all interactions with customers. Maintain documentation of inspections, maintenance, and work orders in a thorough and timely manner. Adhere to all company Health and Safety Policies.

What You'll Bring to the Team



Qualifications and Requirements:



4+ years of mechanical experience working on a variety of construction equipment. Valid class G driver's license with clean or satisfactory driver's abstract (no more than 3 demerit points). Red Seal / Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician License (421A or 310T) or equivalent work experience. Must have own tools. Must be available and willing to work overtime and as part of an on-call rotation. Strong understanding of computer applications and diagnostic tools. Expertise in diesel and gas engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Flexibility; must be comfortable with managing and adapting to multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Eagerness to continuously learn and stay up to date with emerging technology Demonstrated commitment to safety, with a strong focus on following procedures and promoting a safe work environment. Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.?Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs.
