Cameco is one of the largest global providers of the uranium fuel needed to energize a clean-air world.The RoleWe are looking for a motivated individual to join the maintenance team at McArthur River.In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for servicing underground heavy equipment as specified by preventative maintenance work orders
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections, lubrications, as well as troubleshoot equipment failures, complete overhauls and conduct repair work as required

Required:

• Valid Saskatchewan or interprovincial journeyperson heavy duty equipment mechanic certificate
• Five years related underground or surface experience with mobile heavy equipment maintenance
• Ability to utilize OEM diagnostic software
• Team player with good communication skills
• Excellent safety record
• Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft

Recommended:

• Reliability or predictive maintenance experience
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance tracking using SAP
