Position Overview: These positions are located at the Victoria Gold Mine Site, a remote mine site located in the Yukon Territory. If successful you\'ll be responsible for the troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining of a variety of Caterpillar Mining equipment, in the shop and in the field.

Industry leading potential total compensation plan: $160000 - $175000 / year

:

• Troubleshoot and repair Caterpillar Mining equipment
• Perform a wide variety of equipment repair diagnostics
• Utilize Caterpillar SIS and ET daily
• Complete technical documentation (service reports, warranty, crossover notes)
• Interact with customers, sales support, and the rest of the Finning tea

Qualifications:

• Interprovincial Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) Certification
• Previous Caterpillar and general line equipment repair experience
• Completion, or be in the process of completing Finning S-level courses
• Self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision and contribute positively to safe work environment.
• Team player with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Computer literacy along with an understanding of software programs would be considered assets
