We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and residential spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas Use hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment to complete cleaning tasks efficiently Conduct facilities maintenance activities as needed to ensure equipment and fixtures are in proper working order Apply cleaning chemicals safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols Manage heavy lifting tasks related to moving furniture or equipment during cleaning or maintenance activities Maintain supplies inventory and notify management when replenishments are required Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally

Experience

Male preferred, 20-35 years old Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and facilities maintenance equipment is advantageous Experience in customer service or working in team environments is beneficial Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Work Location: In person
