Responsibilities

Install and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial spaces Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling equipment to ensure optimal performance Troubleshoot HVAC issues effectively to provide timely solutions Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing installations and repairs Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements/Certifications

Proven experience as an HVAC Mechanic or similar role; recent HVAC service and installation experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless heat pumps, air conditioners and water heaters including tankless systems Proficient with HVAC equipment servicing requirements, installation and commissioning (required) Mechanical aptitude (required) with plumbing and electrical knowledge (an asset) Comfortable with ventilation systems, forced air guidelines (an asset) Experience with sheet metal fabrication and installation (an asset) Ability to perform maintenance tasks effectively and efficiently Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Comfortable with in person client communication and strength in quality focused customer service Gas Fitter License (preferred) HVAC+R License (preferred) Valid BC Driver's License with a clean record Clear criminal record
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
