Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, ear wax removals, and hearing aid fittings.
• Manage follow-up appointments, including adjustments, repairs, and annual hearing assessments.
• Reprogram hearing aids based on current audiograms, ensuring optimal hearing experiences for each patient.
• Maintain accurate digital clinical notes after each appointment.
• Participate in weekly team meetings for continued learning and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Hearing Aid Practitioner or Audiologist in BC: Must be a fully licensed professional in British Columbia with the necessary qualifications to perform hearing assessments and fittings.
• Proficient in Hearing Testing, Hearing Aid Fittings, and Reprogramming: Strong expertise in hearing testing, hearing aid fittings, and providing accurate reprogramming for optimal patient outcomes.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients, their families, and team members, ensuring a high standard of patient care.
• A Strong Passion for Patient Care: A deep commitment to improving the quality of life for patients through attentive and compassionate care.
• Ability to Work Independently: Capable of managing your own tasks and appointments with minimal supervision, while ensuring timely and accurate patient care.
• Collaborative Team Member: Work closely with colleagues and contribute to the team environment, sharing insights and working together toward the best possible patient outcomes.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and open to learning new techniques, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of care provided.
• Earwax Removal Certification is an Asset: Certification in earwax removal is an asset, enhancing the scope of services offered to patients.

Pay: $29.00-$45.00 per hour
