Job Title: Healthcare Scheduler



Locations: Edmonton, Alberta



Salary: $45,000 - $52,000





The Healthcare Scheduler is responsible for coordinating client care, service plans and schedules for field employees and service providers, ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This includes maintaining up-to-date scheduling information and data, tracking employee and service provider availability, and making necessary adjustments to accommodate both client and employee/service provider schedule requests while ensuring clients consistently receive high-quality healthcare services.





Working directly with the Director of Growth and Innovation, the Healthcare Scheduler is an integral part of our team contributing significantly to the overall client experience and ensuring operational efficiency by working closely with Clinical Leaders and Lifestyle Advisors as well as field staff and service providers.




DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES




The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:


Works closely with Clinical Leader and Lifestyle Advisor to ensure client requests for additional care and service are followed through and insights are shared. Works with Clinical Leader to create client's care team and their schedules ensuring there is an appropriate match between the client's needs and the qualifications, skills and abilities of Field employees. Share schedules (initial and ongoing) with clients and Field employees. Complete accurate and high-quality data entry and documentation. Receive, process, address and document client compliments, concerns and complaints in a timely manner notify the Clinical Leader and Director of Growth and Operations as required. Job Qualification

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:




A minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a customer service position. A minimum of one (1) year of experience creating schedules using a scheduling software. Completion of a Secondary School Diploma. Completion of a Licensed Practical Nurse program and/or a Medical Terminology course is preferred. Demonstrated track record of achievement dealing with clients and employees in a customer service role.
