About usResidence McGraw is a place where we look after our special need patients.Overview:The Cook will efficiently prepare and cook food for all residents according to the menus.Duties:Supervise and coordinate the activities of the personnel who prepare and distribute food. Provide training of staff in terms of their duties, hygiene, and safety standards. Estimate and order ingredients. Ensuring the quality of food and service. Prepare the budget and evaluate the costs. Write and submit reports. Supervise and verify tray preparation.Skills:Understanding of sanitation and regulations for workplace safety. Understanding of food-handling techniques, preparation, and cooking procedures. Ability to work efficiently and quickly. Must be able to work well as part of a team. Must be able to work well under pressure. Ability to maintain personal cleanliness.
