Summary



We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting healthcare professionals for various positions at our clinic and within communities throughout Ontario. You will play a key role in driving the recruitment process while building strong relationships with candidates.

Responsibilities



Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify top healthcare talent. Source and screen candidates for a variety of healthcare roles including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech-language pathologists, social workers, nurses, kinesiologists, and other healthcare professionals. Build and maintain strong relationships with Rehab First managers to understand their staffing needs. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement. Use various job boards, social media platforms, and networking to attract qualified candidates. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during the hiring process. Provide ongoing support to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process. Stay up-to-date with healthcare trends, recruiting techniques, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications



Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or related experience required Strong understanding of healthcare industry staffing needs and trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple, high-volume recruitment projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using recruiting tools and software. Bachelor's degree/diploma in Human Resources an asset (or equivalent experience).
