We are in search of a senior leader to bring together and build our Healthcare Business in Canada. This is a seller-doer role meaning this person is expected to be actively engaged in the market creating and deepening relationships to win work and lead project teams for healthcare clients and collaborators. You will also be expected to help develop the associated market-dedicated multidisciplinary teams to help solve our healthcare clients\xe2\x80\x99 most ambitious issues.

Responsibilities of this specific role will include, but not be limited to the following:

• Establish market strategy in collaboration with the Americas Region healthcare leader
• Develop and operationalize a corresponding business plan
• Business Development and work winning
• Manage Profit/Loss across your business
• Project Directorship as the Principal in Charge of our major healthcare projects, representing the firm, establishing the technical concepts, ensuring quality delivery and quality commercial outcomes

Qualifications

• 15 or more years of experience within Engineering Consulting within the Healthcare Sector in Canada
• Professional Engineering accreditation
• Large (building\xe2\x80\x99s scale) project management experience
• Canadian hospital (inpatient) design experience (Ontario & Quebec preferred) Secondary experience in lab design or pharmaceutical projects considered an asset
• Mechanical or Electrical engineer
• French fluency preferred
• Strong Canadian Healthcare market connection

Qualifications

• Au moins 15 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience des services-conseils en ing\xc3\xa9nierie dans le secteur des soins de sant\xc3\xa9 au Canada;
• Titre d\xe2\x80\x99ing\xc3\xa9nieur reconnu;
• Solide exp\xc3\xa9rience en gestion de projets d\xe2\x80\x99envergure;
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le secteur des soins de sant\xc3\xa9 au Canada (milieu hospitalier), de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence au Qu\xc3\xa9bec et en Ontario; exp\xc3\xa9rience en conception de projets visant les laboratoires ou l\xe2\x80\x99industrie pharmaceutique, un atout;
• Ing\xc3\xa9nieur en m\xc3\xa9canique ou en \xc3\xa9lectricit\xc3\xa9;
• Solide connaissance du march\xc3\xa9 canadien des soins de sant\xc3\xa9.
