What We're Looking For:

A minimum of

one (1) year of professional experience

in home care, community care, or facility-based care. Certified Healthcare Assistant (HCA) with valid registration in the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work independently and as part of a coordinated care team. Flexibility to accommodate varying client needs and schedules.

Your Role Will Include (but is not limited to):

Providing direct personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). Assisting with mobility, transfers, and light housekeeping. Supporting clients with medication reminders and simple procedures as per their care plan. Collaborating with our managed services team to ensure seamless client support (e.g., coordinating with meal prep, laundry, or physiotherapy services). Maintaining clear and accurate client records.
