Job Overview
IIQAF Group is seeking a compassionate and reliable
Healthcare Aide
to provide essential patient care and support within hospital and healthcare facilities across Canada. The ideal candidate will have experience inpatient care, personal support, daily living assistance, and healthcare facility operations
, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety for patients.This role is vital in supporting nurses and clinical teams while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with
daily living activities
, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility Providedirect patient care and personal support
under nursing supervision Monitor and reportpatient condition, behaviour, and needs
to nursing staff Support patients withtransfers, positioning, and ambulation
Maintain a clean and safepatient care environment
Assist withinfection control and hygiene procedures
Document care activities inpatient records and healthcare systems
Communicate compassionately withpatients, families, and healthcare teams
Followhospital policies, patient safety standards, and healthcare regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Healthcare Aide, Health Care Assistant, or Personal Support Worker (PSW)
Completion of a recognizedHealthcare Aide / Personal Support Worker program
Strong understanding ofpatient care and personal support practices
Ability to work in afast-paced hospital or healthcare environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, patient-focused, and dependable approach#
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
hospital, long-term care, or acute care settings
Knowledge ofinfection prevention and control standards
CPR / First Aid certification Willingness to workrotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
