We are seeking a

Health Services Program Administrator

to join our team in a

full-time contract role until March 31, 2026

.

The ideal candidate for this role will have

a post-secondary education in Social Services or Office Administration

.

A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in an office administration and/or social services environment

is required, along with exceptional customer service skills. The candidate must be proficient in operating office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers. Essential skills also include Internet-savvy, and proficiency with MS Office applications including Outlook for email correspondence. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary, while proficiency in other languages is a plus. In addition, strong organizational skills, independence, and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and volunteers are essential. Familiarity with TNO programs and catchment areas is advantageous.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



Provide program and administrative support to the Mental Health and Seniors teams across TNO sites and community host locations. Cover daily reception lunch breaks and assist with front-desk duties as required. Offer administrative assistance to both the Seniors' and Mental Health programs.
Support program teams with:

Inventory management and purchasing Submitting payment requisitions Preparing program calendars and materials Creating flyers and newsletters Maintaining confidential client files Assisting with client referrals and follow-up communications Occasionally support client scheduling for both teams. Assist in report preparation and documentation. Help clients access virtual services and provide basic technical support when needed. Collaborate with program staff to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a client-centered approach in all tasks. Actively participates in program's community development activities including advocacy, outreach and community engagement and empowerment activities

Vaccination Requirement

- You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, subject to any valid medical or religious exemption from vaccination as provided by the Ontario Human Rights Code.

Screening

- As a condition of employment, the successful applicant must complete a Vulnerable Sector Screening.

35 hours per week - Some evenings and weekends may be required
