Position Overview

As Health and Safety Lead, you oversee HSE compliance for field operations under WorkSafeBC and BC Hydro Alcumus SafeContractor requirements. You develop and maintain site specific HSE plans, conduct field safety audits and toolbox talks, monitor compliance, and manage incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain site-specific HSE management plans. Conduct field safety audits and toolbox talks. Monitor compliance with WorkSafeBC and Hydro safety standards. Manage incident reporting, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Qualifications

CRSP, NCSO, or equivalent safety certification. 10+ years of HSE experience in industrial or utility projects. Strong knowledge of WorkSafeBC and OHSR regulations. Alcumus SafeContractor Silver-level status preferred.
