Within the Human Ressources team, as an HSE Specialist:



Your responsibilities
Oversee Compliance: The Supervisor must verify that all technical and regulatory obligations related to environmental, social, health, and safety aspects are strictly adhered to by the Contractor; Non-Compliance Reporting: The Supervisor must promptly identify and report any non-compliance issues to the Contractor, demanding immediate corrective actions to rectify any deficiencies, errors, or omissions that do not invalidate the contract; Non-Conformity Tracking: The Supervisor must document all non-conformities, notify the Employer, and track their closure; Progress Reporting: The Supervisor must incorporate all findings and their status into the progress reports, including incidents reports; The Supervisor must conduct on-site safety visits and ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).



Your profile
University education in occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene, environmental health and safety, or any related field; 15 years of experience as a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist, including a minimum of 5 years on infrastructure construction projects; Knowledge of laws and regulations governing occupational health and safety in construction; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Bilingualism required (French and English); Proficiency in Spanish is an asset; Strong customer service skills, courtesy and professionalism; Initiative, autonomy, and discretion.
