MUST have experience working in a natural health & wellness.

DO you have a degree in holistic nutrition, functional nutrition or TCM medicine, herbal medicine or equivalent work experience in a health food store?

Provide exceptional external & internal customer service & experience. 100% customer focused at all times in all situations. Arrive daily with a professional and positive attitude towards our customers, team members, clinic practitioners, vendors, store neighbours & property management. Aspire for an optimistic attitude & constructive aptitude. Drive sales with customer engagement, offer suggestive selling and by sharing
your product knowledge.

Communicate in a professional & personable manner via phone, emails, slack,
memos, personal interaction.

Encourage customers to participate in establishing a POS profile to enhance
their experience and service delivery.

Thrive in a fast paced, high energy work environment, and able to adapt & adopt
new operations.

Strive for high accuracy, proficiency, productivity, due diligence, and overall
performance in the execution of assign / or organization duties and

responsibilities.

Handle all POS transaction and functions including, debit machine, e-transfers &
ABC.

Process all the transactions associated with customer purchases, special orders,
store credits, merchandise return or exchange.

Handle all opening, mid & closing duties of store.
Wage is negotiable. Plus we offer health benefits & many great industry perks.
