As a Health Care Clinic Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift.

- Welcome visitors, check ID, and provide directions; answer questions in person/phone.
- Manage access points and verify authorization.
- Conduct foot patrols to identify risks and maintain presence.
- Monitor CCTV; report suspicious activity and security concerns.
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Perform basic computer tasks/data entry.
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency services.
- Write accurate incident/daily reports and escalate as required.
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Manitoba security license
- First aid certification an asset
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
